HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS?

Essential oils should always be diluted before use. Our Turmeric essential oil has been blended to the reccomended amout. It can also be blended into hair and body care of your choice. Great for customising your daily beauty routine. 

Blend 4 to 6 ml into 20 ml of your hair care to customize. 
Blend 4 to 6 ml into 20 ml of body care to customize.
Blend 5 drops ml into 20 ml of carrier oil to customize. 
Add 4 to 6 drops into your room diffuser to create a aromatic atmosphere. 
Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil into carrier oil and add to running water for a fragrant bath. 
Add 5 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil for a relaxing massage.

For external use only. Shake well before use. Do not apply undiluted essential oils directly onto skin. Not recommended for use on children under 5. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Consult your healthcare professional before using essential oils during pregnancy. If you have a skin condition, epilepsy, asthma, blood pressure irregularities or are taking prescribed medication,  please seek medical guidance before using essential oils. Do not use the inhalation if you suffer from asthma. The inhalation method is only suitable for children over 10 years old. Please note that the number of drops indicated are the maximum number of drops you should use across any combination of essential oils. Reduce the amount of essential oils to 2 drops in 10ml base oil for massage if you have sensitive skin or for children aged 5 to 12 years old. Keep away from painted surfaces and plastics. Keep away from naked flames. Best kept in a cool dry place. If Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Lime or Bergamot are used on the skin, avoid sun or sunbed exposure for at least 12 hours after application.  Natural ingredients may vary in colour, consistency and results in each individual.
